Wellness with evidence
What we stock, and how we advise
We carry multivitamin and supplement brands with real quality control, alongside targeted products: vitamin D, iron, magnesium, omega-3, B12, calcium, probiotics, collagen and sports nutrition basics.
When supplements genuinely help
- Vitamin D — deficiency is widespread in Lebanon despite our sun; testing and supplementing is often worthwhile
- Iron — for diagnosed deficiency and heavy periods, with the right form to spare your stomach
- B12 — for vegetarians, older adults, and long-term users of certain stomach medicines
- Folic acid — before and during early pregnancy
- Omega-3, magnesium, probiotics — useful in the right situations, which we'll help you identify
Questions we'll ask you first
Do you take any regular medicines? (Some supplements interact — iron and thyroid medication, for example, must be separated by hours.) Are you pregnant or planning to be? What does your diet actually look like? Five questions at our counter beat an hour of internet research.
Supplements are not medicines. They don't treat disease, and "natural" doesn't mean risk-free. Always tell your pharmacist and doctor everything you take — including herbal products.
