The pharmacy named after its neighborhood
Manara means lighthouse. So when we opened our doors on Ardati Street, a few minutes from the lighthouse itself, the name chose itself — and set our standard: be the place people look to.
Who we are
A community pharmacy, in the full sense
Light House Pharmacy is a licensed community pharmacy in the Lababidi building on Ardati Street — a residential street tucked between the Corniche seafront and Hamra, in Manara, Ras Beirut. We're registered with the Order of Pharmacists of Lebanon and led by pharmacist Marwan A. Massoud.
Ras Beirut is one of the most diverse square kilometers in the Middle East — families who've lived here for generations, students and professors from AUB and LAU, doctors from the nearby hospitals, and visitors walking the Corniche. Our promise to all of them is the same: advice first, sales second.
That means telling you when the cheaper generic is just as good. It means checking how a new medicine fits with what you already take. And it means saying "you don't need anything for this — but see a doctor if it lasts another week."
