Privacy policy
Short version: this website collects nothing about you, and anything you tell a pharmacist stays between you and the pharmacy.
This website
lighthousepharmacybeirut.com is a static informational website. It has no contact forms, no accounts, no advertising trackers and no analytics cookies. We do not collect, store or sell personal data through this site.
Two third-party services are embedded for your convenience:
- Google Maps — the embedded map on our location and contact pages is served by Google, which may set cookies and record your IP address under Google's privacy policy.
- Links to WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook — clicking these takes you to services operated by Meta, governed by their own privacy policies.
Our web host keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser, pages requested) for security and diagnostics, as all web hosts do.
When you contact us
If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we see what you send us: your phone number or email address, and whatever you choose to tell us — which may include health information.
We treat that information as confidential, exactly as we treat what you say at our counter. We use it only to answer your question, prepare your order, or follow up on your care. We do not sell it, share it for marketing, or pass it to third parties, except where Lebanese law or your own safety requires it.
WhatsApp messages are stored on the device and in the WhatsApp account we use to reply to you, and are subject to Meta's own terms. If you'd rather not share health details over WhatsApp, please call us instead.
Prescription and health records
Prescriptions and treatment records we hold for regular customers are kept confidentially at the pharmacy, in line with the professional obligations of the Order of Pharmacists of Lebanon. You may ask us at any time what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it where we're not required to keep it.
Children
This website is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

If this policy changes, the updated version will appear on this page.
